Originally suggested by Street Plant® Battalion Member Tommy Storey, and Developed with Feedback from the Street Plant® Battalion, the Jack-O-Scoundrel Wheel is a Slightly Softer Street Wheel, made for challenging terrain like East Coast Asphalt, Ditches, Sidewalks, Slick Skateparks, or the Streets of Brazil, Indiana. It is also a Great Wheel for a ?Filming Board? or just Rolling around town, these also perform well in "slick" Indoor-Skateparks. At 97a, on our Street-Feast Formula, these Scoundrels are still a Great Wheel for Street Skating, they roll fast and smooth, and offer plenty of grip yet still slide.
