Deck including Pantheon Griptape (already applied). BAMBOO Medium Flex The Bamboo Medium is the standard model. The flexibility of this board is roughly equivalent to the 7-ply maple version of this deck. This board is best suited for most riders. Anyone between 150 and 210 pounds should be able to ride this board, and riders at the upper end of this range should only choose this board if they desire a lot of flex. Please note that the more you weigh, the more force you will exert on these boards. So if you are close to the upper limit, for example, consider how you will handle riding off curbs. Riders at the lower end of this range can choose this board for a snappier flex and slightly less sag. You can create more distance between the board and the ground by adding risers and larger wheels like our 102 mm Hoku Wheels. I (Jeff, owner/designer of Pantheon Boards) weigh 190 pounds and ride the Medium Flex. The board has a pleasant flex under my weight.
