The okozo longboard backpack is a high-quality product, combining a well thought-through concept with lightweight technology and state of the art design. Your okozo is an innovative and intelligent three in one product-concept: longboard backpack, weekender and daypack.
Fly with your longboard as standard-size check-in luggage and when you arrive and skate, just use the folding mechanism to minimize it – keeping all your belongings safe and sound all the time. The movable center compartment has a capacity of 20 liters and enough space for your laptop, drinks, clothes, camera, gear, etc…
Forget the days collecting various backpacks for various occasions. From now on, your okozo backpack is the only bag you will need. Ultimately.

We care about our production
We care about working in a thoughtful and transparent way, aiming for both a great quality longboard bag and respecting our world and environment.
Right from the start, we wanted to produce a longboard bag that we know you’ll feel great about.
Great because the bag is simply amazing: it will make you forget your longboard is strapped to your back!
But also great because you know you bought a product from a company that’s trying to be sustainable. We’ll be honest. We’re not there yet.
The bag is (still) only partly made of recycled materials and our website isn’t running on solar power (yet). But, we think of sustainability in a holistic way. We ship using Repack, we keep the production & shipping chains short and we choose our fabrics carefully.
SUSTAINABILITY PART 2
We care about our materials We’re cleaning up the ocean (a tiny bit) by using Upcycled Marine Pastics in our bags. Because of that, our bags are super rugged. Whether it’s your brand new griptape, your smelly Vans or the coldest winter, your bag is up to the job. We only use durable materials, repurposed from the sailing industry. We want you to trash your board. Not your bag. What’s more: you can safely feel good about your bag too. Why, you ask? Because we source sustainable materials. We use PET bottles from the sea, turned into renewable plastic. Same goes for our protection fabrics, which is upcycled Tarpaulin from industrial production waste. Sounds intimidating, we know. Just take it from us: we’re doing all we can to re-use and avoid waste as much as possible. Feel free to feel good.

Credits go to the core team, though, that worked hard during the past months to give birth to this new cutie within the longboard community.
Back in 2017, okozo longboard backpacks was nothing more than just a wild dream. But as these things go, wild dreams either stay wild dreams, or they’re transformed into action.
That’s what happened here!
The idea of bringing a high-quality longboard backpack to the community inspired quite a lot of people, and it didn’t take long before the okozo team was founded:

We’re a mixed bag of longboard lovers who have gone on an entrepreneurial adventure together. We’re by the community, for the community. We have a core team of people working on bringing okozo to life, but we regard the entire longboarding community as our beloved family.
